A theme is a pre-designed file with a combination of colors, fonts, effects, graphics and other objects that you apply to your presentation to change its look in a few seconds. You can use a theme in Different ways.
How to apply one theme to a single slide?
To do this follow these steps:
- Open the Presentation, if the file is not open. You may download Practice File.
- Select the slide from the Thumbnails pane whose theme you want to change. Click the slide 3 to change its theme.
- Go to the Design Tab, click More Drop-down Button to open the theme gallery.
- Right Click on the theme which you want to apply.
- A popup menu appears, click Apply to Selected Slides. As a result, PowerPoint applies the theme to the selected slide.
How to use a theme to multiple slides?
To do this follow these steps:
- Open the Presentation, if the file is not open. You may download Practice File.
- Press and hold Ctrl Button then Click each slide that you want to select. Click slide 1, slide 2 and slide 4 to select these slides.
- Go to the Design Tab, click More Drop-down Button to open the theme gallery.
- Right Click on a theme.
- A popup menu appears, click Apply to Selected Slides. As a result, PowerPoint applies the theme to selected slides.
How to use a theme to all slides that use the same theme?
To do this follow these steps:
